HR Administrator

Position title: HR Administrator

  1. Objective:
  • Operational and administrative contribution to HR processes.
  1. Primary activities and tasks include the following, other duties may be assigned:
  • Provides HR support to the HR Department in  general administration including HRIS,  recruitment, induction process,  employee communication;
  • Maintains department office area in an organized and professional manner including supplies and equipment for a new hired;
  • Enters new employee information into relevant HR system, creating personal files for all new starters and ensures that all documentation is completed while maintaining filing system ( both paper and computer) and handle contract review periods and employee handbook while updating HRIS and employee directory with any employee change;
  • Responsible for processing regular recording of employees health and pension insurance in front of Health and Pension fund and other relevant institutions;
  • Manages the absence/holiday recording system and leaver administration process and preparing necessary documentation;
  • Proceses monthly payroll for employees (including casual workers and internships);
  • Hand out payslips each month;
  • In cooperation with HR Manager and HR Coordinator, participates in the process of making employee related reports;
  • Helps HR Manager and HR Coordinator in developing HR procedures;
  • Assist posting all the necessary information for employees in the bulletin boards and monthly newsletter;
  • Reports timely and accurately to his superior and is responsible for data accuracy;
  • Adhering to ethical principles of the profession and acting in accordance with company policies and procedures;
  • Performing other duties within their education at the request of the immediate superior;
  • He/she is obliged and responsible, within the scope of his/her work, to implement measures for safe and healthy work in accordance with the safety and health at work, other relevant regulations and the Rules on Safety and Health at Work;
  • Observing environmental measures and fire protection within the scope of his/hers duties,
  • Participating in ensuring the functioning of the quality system in accordance with quality standards.

  1. Reporting Responsibilities:
  • This position reports to HR Manager.
  1. Department:
  • Human Resources Department.
  1. Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
  1. Education and/or Experience, Certificates:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law / Economy / Psychology related discipline or academic equivalencies degree required
  • Excellent English Level (B2/C1)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.

  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability,
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response,

  • Able to perform job function with a minimum of daily supervision,
  • Ability to learn effectively and actively,
  • Co-operative and supportive team player.
